“the rug i received was not what i was expecting the colours were not what was shown in the picture they were a lot darker and the quality was below what i was expecting as it was not a cheap one”

“I have to say, I am disappointed with this mat, it is very thin, not really what I was expecting from the description, I have yet to get it to lie flat, it insists on curling up at the corners, which I keep tripping over. Wouldn't buy this again. In the past I have had good quality mats from you.”
