Very poor quality. We’ve had it lying under a heavy rug and it still wont lie flat. Cheap and nasty. Can get something like this for a fiver in Asds

I have placed several order and each time after they have charged my account they contact me to tell me they dont have the material in stock. This is irresponsible and dishonest to tie up my money for weeks without providing the material promised!

Order placed & within the day had acknowledgement of dispatch & two days later order received. Superb service, highly recommended!

Have not received my floor runner as yet Due to be delivered on the 24th December 2019 ????? Was due to be delivered to our home on the 24thDecember not to be picked up by us we can't find a DHl Deppo in our town and the delivery company can't find the carpet eather

The picture when ordering the rug is forcily advertised I was expecting a hall runner big like shown in the photo it come in a massive box! And a tiny little door step quality is it good and not worth the money !

I ordered, paid via Paypal money came out of my account 03/12/19. I received confirmation was ready for collection and I was given up until the 13/12/19 to collect from a local store to my home. I arrived on the 11/12/19 to be told my item had been collected and brought back to the retailer. I then called the following day and the gentleman I spoke to assured me it would be sent out again and apologised. I trusted this would happen but still I have not received an email confirmation that the item has been dispatched or even ordered, nor have a received a refund. I would like the item if possible but if carpet do not want to give me the item I have paid for then they need to give me my money back. This has been a horrible experience as I drove to the shop, parked on a paying High street and no item. So I have spent more money for the privilege of collecting the item myself, but I haven't even received the item so will have to do it again IF carpet runners will send me what I have PAID for. I am not in the habit of giving away my hard earned money.

The website is covered with statements of free no obligation refunds. When I posted some samples I was unable to get them refunded as they were made to order which was not clear when ordering them. Ended up buying from here as they were good but not happy about the misleading refund policy

Not impressed at all. Arrived damaged, called twice to report it, nobody bothered to get back to me as promised. Flaw in carpet, didn’t see it until the last step had been fitted by carpet fitters. The customer service guy promised to get back to me but didn’t. I did order carpet runners and they came very quickly. Shame about follow up.

If Horrible was a choice it would have been picked. My Shipment disappeared for 2 weeks, when I Finally received it. The package looked like it was drug behind a truck. The outer runner had holes in it. It was delivered while I was at work or I would have sent it back. I Emailed immediately, & 3 more times before FINALLY getting return label sent. 2 weeks After they received the runners back, i emailed multiple times to see what's going on. 1 month later they say either a refund or pick different runner because they dont have my runner now. Runners I wanted were a different shade than what I recieved as well. I Chose refund. Another month I received half of my $120+ order. They ignored 12+ emails. I Had to send 5 emails in a row to get any responce. My Final emails was "what is their equation for returns for me to loose half of my $ when nothing was my fault" ? After 5+ emails of asking this,still no responce. **BEWARE** maybe if everything goes perfect you wont have to deal with all of this. But if you have 1 problem, good luck ! I am 50 yrs old & have NEVER seen or heard of customer service like this!.....after seeing your responce, there is not an area "to reply to your comment" the package was shipped back to you in THE SAME package that you sent to me. Both rugs were wrapped into 1 package. You were sent BOTH RUGS back. Why would I keep 1 & send a damaged rug back to you that you cant replace ??? I needed 2 rugs with the SAME PATTERN. If this was your actual thought of the outcome of the package I sent back to you, then you didnt even open the package to see there was 2 rugs in it...the same way you sent it to me, even the same wrapping that you used..I just added clear tape to seal package. I agree it was the shippers fault. But your customer service is the worst I seen & only gave back half of what I payed!

Terrible! Not only was my paid delivery date ignored...... They then sent the completely wrong carpet.

Ordered a carpet runner on 16th October, paid £5 for next day delivery guaranteed. Delivery date given as 6th November, which is most definitely not next day! Emailed to query it, received a very blasé reply stating not in stock, had to be ordered. Why give an option for next day delivery?! 6th November came and went, no delivery, emailed again, item still not in. Finally arrived 16th November as if no problem! Not a company I would ever deal with again, customer service is shockingly bad, not even had the decency to refund £5 delivery fee despite being asked to do so! If you’re tempted to order from this company, think carefully before you do!!

My buying experiecne with CarpetRunners has been a nightmare! I requested a sample. They do not provide samples so I ordered and paid for a 1 meter runner. It was promptly delivered and was fine so i placed an order for 2 x 5 metre runners. I was then informed that the product was no longer available but a similar design was available. I therefore placed an order for 2 x 5 metre runners of the similar design. These were delivered in a reasonable time. However, on opening and laying the runners, one of them was displaying ridges every metre - presumably where it had been wound too tight or crushed in transportation. I waited for 2 weeks in the hope that the ridges would subside. They didn't so I sent photos of the problem to CarpetRunners. They replied by suggesting that I roll up the runner with the backing on the outside and leave it for a few days in a warm place. I did this - but it did not work so I again sent photos to CarpetRunners. They then requested that I package and return the defective runner to them - which was rather inconvenient as I had to find packaging materials and take the runner to a dpd collection point - but I did as requested. 3 weeks later, I contacted CarpetRunners for an update on status and I received a reply that they were about to despatch a replacement - with no apology or explanation as to why they had taken no action for 2 weeks. I then received an email from dpd that the runner would be delivered the next day. The next day came and went and no sign of the runner - so, a couple of days later, I contacted CarpetRunners again and was informed that the replacement had not been shipped and it was no longer in stock. It is now almost 3 months since I started this purchase and I have been very patient throughout this shambles - but my patience is now exhausted and I am still waiting for a update on when I might expect to see the CarpetRunner. I would hope that they would offer me a full refund for my inconvenience and deliver the replacement when it becomes available. Do not buy from these people!

poor service paid for next day didnt get it . When goods arrived as if been through a hedge . Use at your peril called to ask for feed back ignored ?

One word covers the service we received “hopeless” our order was supposed to be delivered on Monday 5th as per couriers text and finally arrived on the 12th from a different courier despite being assured that order would arrive on the 8th by company representative and the told the 9th by another courier company and it eventually arrived on the 12th. Frustratingly poor communication and wouldn’t order again even if it was free !

Unfortunately my experience has been very stressful and negative with regard to an item returned for refund in December...This firm expect me supply tracking details to them in order for the to locate the item in their warehouse.....live had several unhelpful conversations regarding my refund with them....they don't seem to be able to grasp that this is not my responsibility...Meanwhile l await my refund and will update my review accordingly ...lnterestingly l note that somebody else is in a similar unfortunate position to myself....Have went from bad to worse.......Now accusing me of not having sent the item back at all......In quite an unprofessional tone of voice......Meantime l plan to keep in there until my problem is resolved as it should be and l will be able to give these guys the sort of review they feel they are entitled to.

Rang depot as runner did not arrive on expected date. Informed the item was 'lost.' Given the option of a full refund or to re-order. Chose to cancel order as item apparently now out of stock and arrival time could be at least 2 weeks! Obviously very disappointed with this outcome and slightly bemused as to where the item has actually gone.

Received notification of delivery, product didn't arrive. The following day it took three phone calls to find out that the delivery had been cancelled by carpet runners. Apparently there was a fault with the product, carpet runners had not notified me and I am as the title says still waiting, so was quite amused to be asked for my feedback on their products! An email the same day took 3 days to elicit a response that states "sorry to hear you not received the package will look into it"

I purchased stair runners after reading the positive reviews however a lot of things went wrong with my purchase. I ordered two and only received one had to chase it up with customer service team and eventually after chasing the third party delivery team it was delievered caused us delays The previous order was collected last Tuesday and to date I still have not received my refund called customer service and they have confirmed the refund is done however nothing has been credited back to my account Lots of empty promises. I don't think I will buy from this company again. It's been two weeks and still no sign of my refund spoken to Tom several times and every time I get a different story. A very unhappy customer never buying from this company ever again !

Shocking service, says 48 HR delivery am still waiting for my item three days overdue. Will never use this company in future you don't even get a reply when you send email and I have sent three.
