The backing is different to one I bought previously, quality not as good. Not cut straight.

After finding the ideal doormat at a great price, as they were much more expensive at other retailers, I hadn't received it after over a week. Couldn't get in touch by phone, so sent e-mail. I was advised the courier couldn't locate the item and it was probably lost. As it was the last one there was no possibility of it being replaced with the same one. The customer service was excellent and I received a full refund, but all in all very disappointing. Wouldn't purchase from this company again.

I ordered a 21' runner. Took almost 2 months to receive it. I received a 16' runner! I paid almost 300.00$ for this not including the shipping and tax

Hi Anita, Sorry to hear you weren't satisfied upon receiving your order. When runners are unpackaged they can sometimes lip up on the edges for a short period due to being rolled up during transit. If you haven't already, contact us directly for further assistance (help@runrug.com)

The stair rug arrived quickly which was great, but it had lots of snags. Customer service seem very unhelpful , say to cut off the snags and try not to use in “high traffic” areas ! I said it’s for stairs so high traffic, they reply saying it should be ok but maintain it ! Not happy but have been offered to return it so will probably do that although the returns windows are not very flexible! Not impressed .

Runrug sent the wrong size but labeled it as the right size - basic stuff. In the end, they sent a free replacement without asking for the original item to be returned. Took a bit of discussion to get there. Additionally, DHL is a nightmare for delivery. I have just had the replacement arrive today after a lengthy saga on the phone with DHL. Took two weeks from start to finish and was exhausting. The rug looks ok but probably easier to nip out to Denelm next time. Thanks

Hi Pamela, Thank you for your review. Looking at your order I can see that you have just purchased one of our '1 foot' samples. There are two boxes available on the product listing, where you have to click to select the 'length' and 'width' that you require. We offer 'any length' rug runners. You, therefore, have to tell us what size you need. We are very sorry if you feel that this information isn't clear enough. Very disappointed you charge an extra fee after the point of sale. I do not see why an international payment was charged when the purchase was in stock in Australia. I will pursue this charge.

Occasionally some of our overseas customers can receive 'transaction charges'. This is just due to us predominantly being based in the UK, we are more than happy to reimburse these charges for you.
