I ordered the incorrect size of rug. I left a message to try and organise an exchange as the larger size was showing out of stock, so not sure what action to take. I was advised that your supplier did have stock of this rug, but you would have to wait until you received mines back, then arrange for the difference in cost to be paid before ordering the new one. My concern was there was no guarantee that the supplier could still have this and obviously, I have the inconvenience and cost of returning this one in the hope it is still there. I also raised concerns on the cost that would incurred to me to return the rug and was advised that you could not comment on courier rates to return this item. I was not looking for advice on couriers, just raising my concerns with the cost to return this. So, I sent an email covering the above and asked again, is there no way I can pay the difference now, and the new one can be delivered and the old one uplifted at the same time? I never got any response to this, therefore had no option but to return the item. I paid over £16 as the rug was too large for standard royal mail and had to be sent Parcelforce. I am sure this could have been resolved in a much more efficient way, that does not cause inconvenience for the customer, phone calls, emails when trying to organise a simple exchange. The cost to me for this transaction has been £16.00, with nothing to show for it but wasted time and energy!

I ordered a runner for my hallway and using your tracking no realized my product was misrouted on 23 april misrouted again on the25 april two appointments were cancelled waiting in for an invisible delivery co.
