As far as the product...I don't know. I haven't received it. As for the delivery carrier, DHL they are the WORST. 3 failed delivery dates, an impossible-to-use customer service automated system, no callbacks when promised, and on the unlikely event you actually get a human being, evasion, deflection and failed promises. Please provide your customers with an alternative to DHL and please register your dissatisfaction with them. They certainly pay no attention to the recipient.

It’s not clear on the website that their runners for stairs are much more complicated to purchase where there are winding stairs. They also cannot recommend any carpet fitters. In Australia vast majority of carpet is supply and install so it was impossible to find an installer. Spent $90 including shipping on a tiny sample (not the size of a mat as I was led to believe) that was a total waste of money.

Emailed the company after receiving an item which there was an issue with for a return and that's now been 2 weeks and still no reply. Not impressed.

Make sure you double check their measurements when they send you your requested item. Twice now they’ve sent me the wrong size—first length, now width, for a stair runner I’ve ordered. They’re also barely acknowledging how inconvenient it is and are making me complete extra steps to just complete the return process I could have done independently. What is the point of contacting customer service to resolve their mistake in a more timely manner if I’m just going to have to complete a return before receiving my replacement? I also provided requested photographic evidence of their mistake.

They advertised 5 day delivery which I needed as had a function at my house I needed it for. Was advised that would not arrive as advertised in 5 days. Very disappointed as website doesn’t say may take more than 5 days. Just another website that doesn’t live up to its promises. Why say 5 day delivery when it’s not true. Be careful. Haven’t received the rug yet so cannot comment on its quality but now I am worried that the whole site might be full of lies.

Item not as presented on line-had to pay shipping charges to return. Returned last week as per company’s directions- have not received any refund on item. Will not use this company in future.

First time purchasing an item from this company. Initial order, shipping and communication went well. However, I did not receive the correct "color" item. To resolve the problem, I called the Customer Service number and the individual I spoke to did not know how to help me, so he kept putting me on hold. Finally it was decided that I should email the company. I emailed the company and I have yet to hear back from them. The radio silence has me concerned because the order was for a significant amount of money. If I had received the correct color item the rating would have been better, but, not a five because the follow through with Customer Service was weak.

RunRug charged me immediately for my rug, sent an order confirmation, and then I heard nothing for a week. When they did contact me, it was to inform me that the shipment was delayed. No tracking information was sent. Not only have I STILL not received my rug, I still don't have tracking information and no one seems to care. I'll never be buying from this company again. Terrible experience.

The one star is for delivery service. I live in xxxx Road but my rug was taken to xxxx Gardens instead which is 2 streets away from me. The owner was away & it was tossed over the fence into his garden where it lay for 3 days until he came home to find it before making the journey to bring it to me. . The most important job for a delivery driver is to get the address right and not noticing the difference between "Road" & Gardens" is just unacceptable.

The delivery of product was NOT delivered to our home. A picture was sent to us in an attempt to verify your delivery of the project. The picture was NOT of our home. The door, as pictured, is hinged in the wrong side, we do not have a sill as pictured in your document. We have NOT received the project and need to know where the package was delivered. Cannot review the product when the delivery was not comleted.

I had to pay 91 € customs for a carpet that usally would Cost 220 €. I texted the customer Service and they haven't responded yet. The product itselfe is good but for me the hidden costs are brutal. Edit: 14 Days have gone by since the uplifting response of the Support and i still have'nt gotten any reimbursement or even an answer to the Email i sent.

Very bad experience with this business. I had to pay customs duty on the rug I received while nothing had said about this extra charge. Another terrible thing is the material of the rug is literally plastic; very disappointing.

The runner sent was acceptable, though thinner than I had expected. However, the wrong finish was sent for the stair rods. When I called about the problem, I was told that I could wrap them back up and send them back so the right ones could then be sent. That meant more work and more cost than I was willing to do. So as a result, I found their service to be unacceptable. Also, this order was placed and filled almost a year ago, so the fact that I am just now being asked about my satisfaction indicates poor management.

Although we are really impressed with the quality of the rug runner, we are very disappointed that it will not stay in place and tends to slide on the carpet. Even after a complaint to the company, nothing has been done to alleviate the situation. I would never buy this product again.
