“I love the runner and it is thick enough to lay flat. I had ordered another one from another vendor and it was thin will humps that would not come out. Good quality and very soft and spongy.”

“Service and delivery was excellent. Shipped from the UK to our home in Australia in a week! Happy with the colour. Suits our home. Quality of our rug is good. However the rug is much thinner than I expected for the price paid.”

“Stair runner is lovely. Customer service is awful. Paid for designated day, didn't arrive so had to make several phonecalls. Had order for a week and didn't inform us that stair rods were out of stock. Had to ask for delivery fee back, then cancelled order for rods as was getting absolutely nowhere with date. Just awful behaviour”
