“Keeps sliding and curling up”

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see that you have the rug on top of an existing carpet. Our anti-slip backed rugs are also anti-slip on carpet, but the effectiveness depends on the thickness of the carpet it is being laid on. The thicker the carpet, the less effective it will be, unfortunately. We generally find that anything with the 'Rubber/Gel' backing is much more effective on hard flooring types. e.g. vinyl, wood, tile etc. Please do let us know if you would like to return it and exchange it for something more suitable. “Sorry to say, I am disappointed with my order. The runner I received was simply cut from a larger piece. It had no edge binding, whatever. Furthermore. While being advertized as being dark grey, the runner was, in fact, quite black.”

“Came in time, good condition and so beautiful. Could be nice if they sell them in the way I did, just for steps where foot goes, in costum sizes ,but I just spend some time to hem them and -vuala -I've got what I want. Thanks Runrug.”
