“Our runner literally just arrived! Excited, I unrolled our 22' runner down our hallway. First reaction from my wife and I ... Absolutely beautiful! We're not only impressed with the high quality and color, but loved the price! No one will ever "pull the rug from under our feet" again! “The runner is great, looks as advertised: thinner base than our previous runner, but still fine. However the delivery experience was bad. I am in Australia. The piece went from Leeds to Sydney then mysteriously to Florida, where it got held up by customs waiting for paperwork. (Guess it was an illegal immigrant.) This was a DHL problem but the Runrug customer services was patronising and unhelpful.”

Unfortunately sometimes shipments can get held up/re-diverted for all sorts of reasons. I am afraid this is out of our control. “Our runner looks lovely. Customer support (through email and phone) was incredible. Especially when I realized I'd submitted the wrong address for runner shipment. The wonderful British man said he thought he had time to change it, and said, "Just put this in my hands" -- and he came through. The website itself, and instructions for measuring and ordering, are very clear.”

“Website excellent. Allows you to download samples of rugs onto photographs of your floor. Very clever! Great choice of rugs at very competitive prices. Prompt delivery as well. Would highly recommend.”
