“Very efficient company and speedy delivery. The on Y gripe is that the carpets are not truly custom as I wanted 2.3 metres as 2.4 metres was too long, but had to order 2.1 metres”

“Prices were decent but items were shipped in cheap plastic that was ripped & coming off the carpet runners. Had it been raining or snowing it would have been a disaster and we were fortunate that the items weren't snagged/torn. For what I paid, shipping needs to be better.”

Looking at your order I can see that you have selected the 30cm option from our dropdown listing, which is our sample / doormat size offering. We offer our customers a selection of sizes ranging from 30cm (1foot) through to 100m (100 feet) so that we can always give you the perfect fit. I believe that the confusion has been caused because the information on the label on your product is in metres, rather than feet and inches which we do sincerely apologise for! “The rug I ordered was not worth the money so I'm trying to return it, but it's not made very easy to return, they really need to put return labels in the parcel so if you want to return it it's simple”

“I previously bought a 7ft runner for a guest bathroom and was extremely satisfied with the high quality and speed of delivery that I received. Upon completion of renovating our home I decided to buy the exact same runner of 18ft for our hallway. It is gorgeous! It also shipped from Leeds in the UK, cleared Customs and was delivered to us near Lake Tahoe NV in 4 days by DHL. AMAZING!”
