“I love my stair runner! It connects a somewhat dressy living room to a casual space below. It is true to the picture. Sized perfectly. So glad I wasn’t crazy to order a rug online.”

“It was easy to purchase the rug at what I considered to be a reasonable price. Item was delivered by the date stated at time of purchase. Product delivered visually matched picture shown in on-line photograph. I was very disappointed, however, with tendency of the rug to move and curl up on the floor, thereby requiring it to be straightened out several times a day. Does Runrug supply any product that could be laid under the rug to stop it doing this?”

“Surprised on how thin these rugs are, given the high price I paid for them. They look nice, but the material is hard on bare feet. Durability is something to wait and see about.”

“The website is so easy to use. The most difficult thing you have to do is select the rug you want from the multitude of samples. What you order is what you get. Tremendous. Will definitely use the company again for all of our rug needs.”

“This is my second time ordering from runRug and the experience was as good as the first one. easy to order online and it arrived quickly. I ordered the same stair runner I did about a year ago for my other set of stairs and the quality is the same. I can also say that the runner I installed about a year ago is holding up great and it is in a high traffic area.”

“Brilliant service. Their website is really helpful with guides to measuring and fitting a stair runner. Also pre cut underlay with gripper rods in a pack ready for laying on the stairs, made laying my stair runner even easier.”
