“Very quick delivery. Rug is darker than pictures suggest but overall quality of runner seems very good. Seems hard wearing which is ideal for hallway. Happy with purchase.”

“Purchased a hallway runner, it arrived much earlier than expected. It wasn’t quite the same colour as online, Joe was extremely helpful in taking pictures of more runners in the factory and emailing them over, we haven’t come to a decision on one yet but will certainly be purchasing a runner through this extremely helpful and efficient company!!”

“Quick delivery and beautiful rug/runner. Good quality and does what expected. There are some lovely designs on the web page so lots of choice to match any decor. The carrier tracking not best but I was home fortunately. Would recommend.”

“Hallway runner and matching door mat. Unfortunately the two didn’t match in shade. Contacted the company and could not fault the customer service on rectifying the mistake. New runner dispatched immediately and other one uplifted. Easy transactions.”

“Great quality and easy to install! I went into a well known carpet chain and was quoted £800 for a stair runner. Using runrug I managed to buy and install for less than £200. So worth it .. and I’m hopeless with DIY - the videos are really helpful. Couldn’t recommend more. Wish I could upload pictures with this review as it looks ace!”

“Website is easy. Information clear to read. Order arrived earlier than anticipated and well wrapped. Rugs were at expected. I've had these runners before and you can scrub them outdoors and fibre bounces back. Colours don't fade. Would definitely recommend.”
