“My order was delivered very quickly and when I needed to exchange, as I had ordered the wrong width, the replacements were delivered super fast and a refund for the difference was issued just as quick. Delighted with the product and the company. Will definitely use again.”

“Product is hall runner and we are very pleased with it. Fits great and they offer different sizes. All sides are sew sealed which the pictures don't show as a proper rug. Many thanks for great service.”

“I have been looking for a stair runner and came across this site on Google. The runner I fell.in love with was the Kashmir in red. The amount I need was going to cost in the region of £600. Which is a substantial amount. Before I commited I ordered a sample which came quicker than expected. When it arrived I was over the moon, it is stunning and great quality. I can't wait to order the full amount and have it fitted. It's gonna look great.”

“I really struggled to find a long enough runner for an awkward room in my house - run rug was the only supplier I found who did. I ordered a 510cm runner for next day delivery. It arrived on time and I was really impressed with the quality at such a good price. Big stars from me.”

“As far as the product...I don't know. I haven't received it. As for the delivery carrier, DHL they are the WORST. 3 failed delivery dates, an impossible-to-use customer service automated system, no callbacks when promised, and on the unlikely event you actually get a human being, evasion, deflection and failed promises. Please provide your customers with an alternative to DHL and please register your dissatisfaction with them. They certainly pay no attention to the recipient.”
