“Ordered an 18ft runner and received a 5ft runner.I guess when your out of stock on an item you send whatever you have.I was charged $250 and received a $70 item.I then had to go online and sort out how to print return label to attach and then bring to Post Office. I hope your smart enough to return my $250 and not the $70 and As soon as possible. I'm 81 yrs old and very sorry I ever got involved with you.”

We want to let you know that the measurement included on the packaging is in meters as we are a UK-based company. 18ft translates to 5.4m or 540cm. I can see that my colleague is helping you with an exchange to 2 smaller runners as requested. As soon as the original runner is on its way back to us, we'll get the exchange shipped for you.
