Ordering, paying, confirmation, delivery details was easy and straight forward to follow through, delivery was on the date stated. “When I discovered RunRug via websearches I initially thought it was too good to be true - lovely looking runners at really competitive prices. I went ahead with my order thinking that it would probably not live up to the description, the price seems too competitive. But gosh what a surprise. I am absolutely delighted with my runner, the quality, feel etc. I would most definitely recommend RunRug - without hesitation. I'm already looking for an excuse for my next purchase LOL.”

“What a brilliant company. I had ordered a rug from them but ordered the wrong size. Customer service was absolutely great and dealt with the issue with no problem. Very efficient. I then ordered a different rug from them. Highly recommended.”

“I purchased this carpet for my hallway as I Labrador and the hallway is a very heavy traffic area, it arrived very quickly and was very surprise how nice it is and is a very good quality and seems very hard waring, would recommend it, am thinking of ordering some more for my kitchen,”
