“A very positive experience with Runrug - Ordered the rug at around 2.30pm, paid for next day delivery and it was delivered the next day mid morning. The rug and the anti-slip runner is exactly as specified on their website and I am very pleased - so much so that I ordered another rug the following day and had the same excellent service. The carrier's online tracking facility worked impeccably and kept me informed about my parcel's whereabouts. I would definitely recommend to others to use them b”

“Very pleased with the over all experience. Purchased stairs runners but decided not to install and since the purchase date was over 30 days, I was able to exchange for rug runner instead of a refund. The exchange process was fairly easy. Great customer service. Thank you!”

“Second purchase from runrug and I can honestly say I've not been disappointed, there prices are very reasonable and there delivery was only a couple of days, to be honest I was looking at the runners I bought on another site and it was over twice the price that I paid on runrug so was a bit worried when I put my first order in, but it was all good, I'm one happy customer”

“Great service, despite sending a wrong matt on 1st order, it was rectified very politely & quickly with no grief. Very happy with hall runners for quality etc, so happy I ordered a 3rd. Value for money. Would recommend 100%”

“Run Rug’s good at a reasonable price. Like others, I would have appreciated a choice of carpet width. Also, I’m told by my carpet layer that the grippers sent were for concrete. Possibly worth watching out for when making an order”
