“Better communication in sales would have helped us receive our bucket so much sooner When I order it was next day then I had a call to say out of stock and a twenty day wait. I chased after eighteen days to be told they had one sitting in the warehouse.”

I am sorry that you feel our communication wasn't good enough as we always try to give every customer a great experience with us and always try to inform our customers when something changes. At the time the order was placed it was on a 20 day lead time, our manufacturing was extremely busy and this was the best lead time we could offer at the time, from the order being placed we had some more arrive in stock which we sent out to you but this was later than it should have been. I apologise for the delay and will certainly take your feedback on board for further improvements to be made in our team, I hope it doesn't put you off using us again as i know we can do better. “Rate your product? What the product that didn't arrive.... yeah great... due today 8:10-12:10, then by 18:00, then by end of trade.... now torrow by 18:00.... now it's costing me the days work planned, unless it arrives early on the day, due to person availability it will put things back 3 day and cost 3 people's wages on the next job.... no a voucher off next purchase will not help!!!!”

Hi Steve, Thank you for the email. I am very sorry the bucket has not arrived on time, I can see it left us on time and was put on a next day delivery for you unfortunately on the FedEx tracking it says they were local delivery restrictions. We have contacted Fedex who have advised this will be delivered today, the delivery time frame on the confirmation email sent was 1-2 days which is what we advise for parcels. If Fedex have restrictions then they are out of our control. We have refunded the delivery charges for you and this should be delivered today. Kind regards, Claire - Customer Service Manager
