“Confusing info / lack of info about how to buy an online gift voucher and how it would be delivered to the recipient. Turns out it wouldn’t be delivered but to me and I have to email it onwards. Had to ring the shop to ascertain s that and that member of staff had to seek guidance from I think the IT team to answer my query. All sorted in the end but not a smooth customer journey. Also why can’t a voucher bought online (in York) be used in the shop by a family member, the recipient, in Manchester?”

“I love sparkling wine and wine in general,I usually go for a rose or dry white,so I fancied a change this was absolutely delicious a subtle hint of strawberry so it wasn't too sweet perfect on a summers day,I found it delightful and very moreish, definitely will be buying more .”

“I have still not received the wine. I was left a delivery note with no instructions on where to collect it from. The online tracker shows it’s kept at a depot with no ability to re deliver or know the depot’s location/contact”

“Overall I wasn’t blown away by the experience. I had been bought a gift voucher to use and put this towards a six-bottle case of wine. Once I’d bought it, communication was slow and I felt like I was having to chase. In the end, it took a week between my order and then being able to collect which I thought was a bit slow. When I arrived to collect from the store in Macclesfield, it felt chaotic. There were two staff on duty, one of whom was doing drinks and the other was seemingly doing something on the phone. I waited about ten minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I did speak to someone, it took about thirty seconds to give me the box. It was as though it was neither person’s job to deal with the shop side of the business.”
