“I ordered the jigsaw as a gift, addressed it to my friend, completed the payment transaction but then realised there was no "gift message" option. I sent an email and was reassured that a message would be included but as yet have not heard from my friend. My fiend was delighted. I borrowed this jigsaw from a friend and it is good quality and an inspiring one to do. That is why I decided to buy one for my friend.”

“I'm very happy with the cards I bought from Penny Black. They arrived in an envelope with card on the back, which kept my cards in perfect condition, but with no plastic whatsoever, which was great. The cards were all really nice quality, made with thick card. They arrived quickly and used the royal mail which I was very pleased with all it's the lowest carbon delivery method. The sympathy card was particularly beautiful. I'll definitely be buying from you again, thanks very much.”
