“Unfortunately still not delivered after six days - not necessarely Penny Blacks fault but disappointing as we have missed the intended birthday. Customer service solved my issue very effectively and to my satisfaction. All good.”

“Calendar quality is very good and bigger than I expected, howere I was unaware of the delivery date and therefore it was left outside my property. If I had been told my order was out for delivery then I could have let the courier know of a safe place to leave my item.”
