Quick to send the ordered goods but vwry slow to respond to customer complaint. The goods had been put in a bag which was too small and had ripped open by the time it arrived. Website didn't allow me to upload a photo of the problem at the complaints part so I sent a separate email with a photo which I haven't had a response to. There was no paperwork in the bag to easily return the item and I would need to do so at my own expense.
