When asked, on your website, I said that I needed an extra large pair, as my mums ankles are very swollen due to osteoarthritis, but, I was sent a regular size and it was impossible for her to even try them on.
I’m annoyed, that I’ve had to pay for the return postage myself, when other companies usually pay for returns. Disappointed.
