“The quality of my zip jacket is excellent but sadly there is an error in the pattern on the front. Unfortunately it has been repeated on both sides of the zip. I hope to get a replacement if my size is still in stock. I currently own six other Pachamama cardigan/jackets - all are perfect.”

“Really wanted to love the hat I ordered, I like everything this brand stands for and the appearance of the hat online was beautiful. However there appears to be a design floor - the hat gathers in at the top of the fleece lining, either from the stitching or from the design on the wool. Makes this end of the hat stick out wider than the bottom of the hat and look terrible. Unwearable. Unfortunately it was a gift, so I wasn't aware until it was too late to return - so in fairness to Pachamaa I don't contact them about the fault. Perhaps this is why this design is discounted. Speedy delivery. Would maybe try other items but not another hat.”

“Disappointed: x3 the sunflower arrived packaged into an A5 envelope. They were misshapen, with the felt petals rolled/folded/scrumpled. The stems have survived the journey well, and have not been affected by being folded in half. Please review your packaging.”
