“I ordered 3 items; 2 hats and a pair of glove mitts. They arrived very quickly and they're all gorgeous. The fleece inserts inside the hats make them comfortable and stay on better. Beautiful colours, beautifully made, and now I'm wondering if I should have ordered more! I love them!”

“Only just discovered Pachamama, ordered some handwarmers for when I work and siting in the lounge when I dont have the heating on! these warmers keep my hands super warm, really pleased with them. Well made, cute design, love them!”

“I purchased a tank top and some fingerless gloves. The latter are lined and keep my hands nice and cosy. When I ordered the tank top I asked for my size but one that had been knitted that might be best suited to a petite fit. Particularly important on the neck to shoulder measurement. The one I received was perfect fit on the shoulders, the armholes are slightly larger than I would have preferred but I was so pleased overall with the top that I decided to keep it. It is not lined but is substantial and warm.”

“When asked, on your website, I said that I needed an extra large pair, as my mums ankles are very swollen due to osteoarthritis, but, I was sent a regular size and it was impossible for her to even try them on. I’m annoyed, that I’ve had to pay for the return postage myself, when other companies usually pay for returns. Disappointed.”
