“Nicely knitted but 16-18 was too short and too tight even though I am a size 16. Returned it but so far have heard nothing from Pachamama in regards to the refund.”

“My sister gave me one of your sheep hats last year, I’ve had so many people admiring it and asking where it came from. I was looking at your website last week as and so excited to find the sheep cardigan that I ordered it straight away and it was despatched same day. I absolutely love it, just have to wait for cooler weather now!”

“Pachamama fingerless gloves should be mandatory for the elderly! My 90 year old mum has been wearing them for several years now, they keep her hands warm and hence her fingers are agile. With the lovely fleecey lining they are comfortable to wear. Mum has several pairs and even wears them to bed. Would recommend to all persons over a certain age and especially those with arthritis in the wrist and hands. Just be careful washing the gloves make sure water is luke warm. I've had to fork out for another 4 pairs as they shrank in the wash!”

“I bought an Elveden tank top in the medium size. The top was beautifully made and in a gorgeous combination of colours. Unfortunately, the top was very small - particularly the openings for the arms and so sadly I had to return it. As requested, I did give Pachamama my usual dress size and chest measurements as well as my height. I would be more inclined to try another item from the Pachamama range of clothing if they put more sizing information on their website about each of their products. Most of the companies that I buy from specify as standard the width across chest, across shoulders, length, bottom width etc. Without this information you are unnecessarily wasting time and incurring two lots of postage fees. It's a shame because the tank top was a lovely quality at a fair price.”

“Arrived quickly. Absolutely love them!! I can’t wait to wear them whilst watching another rugby match. They’re very thick and will certainly keep my skinny, not my opinion, legs warm.”

“The slipper boots and my welly socks are perfect I wear the welly sock around the house, they were too long for my work boots. Would you have some thick wool socks that I could wear with my work boots, about mid calf in length . thank you peter”
