“Company rang me to say they were out of stock but waiting for new stock to arrive. Few days later had an e-mail to say stock had arrived and they were sending my purchase 1st class. Purchased arrived the next day. Excellent service it was a pleasure ordering from you. Thank you so much. Also I loved my purchase 😄”

“I love the hat, a really snug fit. The mittens are a great length and very cosy BUT the thumbs appeared to have no lining. When I worked on the lining I could make it fit a short way into the thumbs which is ok but not ideal.”
