“Really wanted to love the hat I ordered, I like everything this brand stands for and the appearance of the hat online was beautiful. However there appears to be a design floor - the hat gathers in at the top of the fleece lining, either from the stitching or from the design on the wool. Makes this end of the hat stick out wider than the bottom of the hat and look terrible. Unwearable. Unfortunately it was a gift, so I wasn't aware until it was too late to return - so in fairness to Pachamaa I don't contact them about the fault. Perhaps this is why this design is discounted. Speedy delivery. Would maybe try other items but not another hat.”

“I love the pachamama beanies and other knitted items. Great quality, fantastic designs. The only trouble is that recently the newer designs - puffins, pigs, etc seem to be tighter and smaller, and compared to older hats, not made of such thick wool either. The designs are truly stunning, but the hats are no longer lovely thick and stretchy, covering ears and capable of being pulled down in wild weather. They appear to be 'fashion' hats and I think it is a pity as they are then less functional. Also, having to pay return postage on a hat one expected would fit but which is so small and tight it would only fit a child means pachamama lose a star in this review and I am more hesitant about buying with them online now.”
