“I recently bought two dresses from Nigel Rayment and the service I received throughout was outstanding , when another dress I ordered on line was no longer in stock, I got an immediate apology and a generous goodwill gesture with my replacement order. “I visited NIgel Rayment recently to look for a MOB dress. Nigel greeted me and then gave me and my best friend plenty of space to look and try on. I liked this approach. There was no sales push just honest and balanced comments and advice. Having trawled through everything online and visited several specialist stores already I wasn’t convinced I was going to find ‘The Dress’, but I most certainly did. It is elegant, understated and completely different to what I had in mind. I am thrilled and can’t wait to wear it. Unfortunately I got a lipstick mark on the puff sleeve, not a problem. Nigel arranged for his fitter to remove it professionally. He then arranged for the dress and hat I chose to be couriered to my home foc. I even received a message over the weekend to reassure me that the mark had been successfully removed. DPD delivered on time and the dress and hat were carefully packaged in a box and dress carrier. I really feel Nigel works with you to ensure you get exactly the look you want and the after sales service is outstanding too. So thankyou so much for a really lovely experience and for going above and beyond. I will certainly recommend you to all my family and friends. One very delighted customer, Jane”
