“I purchased two dresses online for my daughters wedding early next year. I phoned the store beforehand as I had a couple of questions re sizes. The lady was lovely, really helpful - and just so nice. The dresses are beautiful. I returned the bigger one, I emailed with another question …..(I’m a bit of worrier!) and again a really quick reply. I’ve made a booking for Alterations in May. This was easy to do online. Overall a really easy, super smooth, amazing service. Dress is beautiful - got it in the sale too, which was a bonus! Staff so friendly, no pushy sales patter. I really can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!”
