“I ordered a dress in January 2024 for my son’s wedding at the end of February 2024. The dress was not going to be available until the end of January and I was worried that if delayed I would not receive it in time. However I need not have worried, it was dispatched before that date and when it came it was beautiful, so much more beautiful than the photos and very well packaged!! It fit like a glove. I will never be worried about ordering online dresses from this company again. Absolutely fantastic service, thank you.”

“Ordered my hat after speaking to Kryssy by email to get some advice about a hat I wanted to order but was not sure if it was the right colour . My hat came very quickly . The hat came with a slight flaw but I had a response almost immediately from Kryssy to return it and it would be fixed or replaced asap .”

Two were unsuitable so had to send them back but the refunds arrived quickly back into my card. I purchased a 3rd dress which came in a lovely dress bag and it is super quality.
