Ordered my hat after speaking to Kryssy by email to get some advice about a hat I wanted to order but was not sure if it was the right colour . My hat came very quickly . The hat came with a slight flaw but I had a response almost immediately from Kryssy to return it and it would be fixed or replaced asap .
