“What a shame I don't seem to be receiving the excellent service described in many of the reviews. I ordered a dress online (I live in Cornwall) but over a week later had no promised despatch details. I politely asked for an update and was told it would be despatched today by DPD but still no despatch information and no reply to another request for an update. I don't know what to do. I would like the dress but think I should now look elsewhere as I need something to wear next week!”

“I purchased my hat from Nigel who was extremely helpful with matching the hat to my dress which was also purchased through their website. The hat is perfect. I am extremely pleased with my outfit and looking forward to wearing it on my son’s wedding day.
