“I’m really disappointed in your boutique. You were very quick to take my money for my purchase and very slow to return my money for my refund. It has been 3 weeks and till now I didn’t receive my money. I’m waiting for my money and sent 2 emails asking for my money and not had any cooperation from you. As for the dress it was not like the picture on the website. Please return my money asap or I’ll make a formal complaint. This attitude will loose you a lot of customers”
