“I visited Nigel Rayment in London to buy a hat to match my dress. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and the assistants were knowledgeable and helpful. Once chosen they ordered my hat. When the hat arrived the alice band sat at the wrong angle for my head so I called customer support and spoke to Chryssy who was very helpful, I returned the hat free of charge and a new one was sent out to me that day. It was very good fuss free service.”

“I attended the boutique in London and both Nigel and his staff there were extremely helpful. When I then decided to buy a dress from them which was on line only they also helped with the return of the dress and hat I had originally bought and helped with regard to a new hat and information with regard to alterations. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received, from a friendly and helpful members.”

“I purchased a Couture Club dress online in a 16 which was delivered extremely promptly, with easy tracking, it was delivered on a Tuesday, but after seeing my seamstress she recommended a smaller size, having a 7 day time frame for return I made an appointment and went to the shop, they were extremely friendly and helpful and I thankfully managed to get the dress in a smaller size. The shop has lots of dresses by different designers, so it’s easy to find a suitable dress which is becoming increasingly difficult on the high street. I highly recommend Nigel Rayment not only for their beautiful dresses but their customer service.”

“Good morning I recently purchased two dresses from your company. I have been charged for both dresses but only one arrived. I have called to speak with someone regarding this issue and the lady I spoke to said she would look into it and return my call. That was last week and I’m still waiting. “I ordered online as the store is too far away to visit. I ordered two sizes and they arrived promptly. The dress is beautiful and I was able to return the size that didn’t quite fit with ease.
