“I bought a Veni Infantino dress 992422 in Taupe for my son’s wedding. The dress was ordered online to be delivered to Glasgow. The dress came beautifully packed in a box inside the dress was in polythene and a suit carrier. I wore the dress almost two weeks ago now and I loved it. I felt like a million dollars. All the accessories matched perfectly and I received so many compliments on my outfit. I’m so sad it is now hanging in my wardrobe and I’ll probably never wear again but on the day it was a pleasure to wear it. I don’t have a solo photo of wearing it or I would attach one. Thanks again Nigel Rayment for making this mother of the groom so happy.”

“I recently bought a beautiful John Charles dress from the Nigel Rayment online shop. I would have loved to experienced an appointment in store but as there was only one dress left in my size I thought I had better buy it quickly or regret leaving it too late. The dress was well packaged in a quality garment protector and a sturdy box and it arrived promptly.”

“Excellent customer service: two very similar dresses with virtually the same code so when they sent me the wrong one they within 24 hours sent me the correct one at no cost and it turned out I preferred the wrong one! Returns very simple and really nice to be able to speak directly to someone who can sort the issues and confirms via text what is happening and apologises 10/10 and dress is perfect”

No complaints whatsoever with quality of the garment, but sadly, it was slightly small for me so I am currently awaiting a refund. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend thoughZ Speedy delivery and sturdy box. Easy to return.”

“The assistant was great and there was no undue pressure just helpfulness and positivity. I had a hatinator posted to me from the Manchester branch. I briefly looked at it when it came but when I got it out about a week later there was a hole or manufacturing fault in it. I had no choice but to wear it as it was the day of the wedding. but was very disappointed.”
