“Purchased a Veni dress for MOB in the sale unfortunately on arrival it was soiled on the hem so had been on display I think. The returns process was brilliant and staff responded immediately and apologised for the problem. I was refunded in full for the transaction so would not hesitate to order online again.”

“Beautiful dress, easy to order, and it arrived very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend it and suggest that future deliveries be covered in plastic since the delivery driver left it on the doorstep—luckily, it didn't rain! However, this issue was not the boutique's fault.”

“I purchased a dress online (delivered on 20.9.25) went to the Manchester boutique on the 24.9.25 to exchange for a larger size. The dress is fabulous and the staff were super helpful. However, I am really disappointed to see within two days of my visit that the dress has now been reduced by £170!!!. I was seriously looking at purchasing a matching hat but am having second thoughts now as I fear within hours of me purchasing it a huge drop in price will occur?!?”

“My MOB dress arrived promptly, well packaged and crease free. However, on closer examination of the neckline I can see that it has been worn as it is dirty and does not smell new. It should not have been sent out in this condition. This means it will have to be dry cleaned.”
