“Ive purchased from Notch a few times before and they have always been fab. My last order arrived promptly (as usual) but there was a mistake made on the personalisation. I sent an email late afternoon reporting the error and received an email back later that evening apologising. A replacement Notch was received 2 days later. Absolutely fantastic service and communication. Mistakes happen but it was sorted promptly and without fuss. Could not be happier and will order again in the future.”

“There's nothing I don't live about Notch bracelets. They are gorgeous, unique to each individual and great quality. The icing on the cake though, is the above and beyond attitude to customer service. There is a feeling that each story, told through these bracelets, is important. My friend did me a massive favour, just coz she's lovely and Notch facilitated it out of pure generosity. It absolutely made my month!”
