“I order a notch bracelet last year and was waiting 4 weeks, but the managing director sorted this out. And the I order another bracelet for mothers day on the 13th of March and still haven't received it. The products are lovely but the delivery time is outrageous . Maybe review your courier service.”

“Very good and helpful with order BUT despite having the correct deliery address on the invoice, the parcel was incorrectly addressed. Delivery firm tried to make the delivery but failed and rang at 9pm to say parcel had been returned to Northumberland! Many phone calls later I managed to persuade the company of the correct address and it was delivered two days later. Daughter (autistic) very stressed. Father, who had to sort things out, not amused at all.”
