“Ive purchased from Notch a few times before and they have always been fab. My last order arrived promptly (as usual) but there was a mistake made on the personalisation. I sent an email late afternoon reporting the error and received an email back later that evening apologising. A replacement Notch was received 2 days later. Absolutely fantastic service and communication. Mistakes happen but it was sorted promptly and without fuss. Could not be happier and will order again in the future.”
