“A company I have used many times over the years and never had a single issue with. My latest order of a new bracelet and two personalised notches was amazing and my wife most importantly loved it. I was expecting a lead time of 6-7 days and the items were here with in 3. Can't say that will always be the case but just goes to show that this company never fails to surprise me.”

Hi Alan! You can view what the closed bracelet measurement will be for each of our sizes, on our size guide, so you can see the size it will be beforehand. We of course want the order to be perfect for you, so we will pop you email to organise an exchange :)

“My first NOTcH & bracelet were a gift from a dear friend who had purchased it at Crufts in January. I loved it from the first look & have since added a paw print & one for each of my two dogs. Recently I added one for my husband and for each of our 7 children who all live away. I love being able to glance at the many colors with their names & a symbol of something important to each of them.”

“First class service and very wearable medical alert bracelet. Sizing was a slightly confusing issue and I had to return the original which was too large. However Notch replaced with a small charge for re-engraving”
