“Very impressed with the service as my new notch was delivered in 2 days. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong sized bracelet and so I contacted the company to explain my error and without hesitation agreed to replace it, no questions asked a service which is rare nowadays. Call taker was very polite and professional, Excellent service all round”

“Love the designs and they are super bright The bracelet is seemingly thinner and seems less high quality than my previous I got the brass clasp and a brass notch and within the day they were dull and scratching when not been anywhere damn or wet and only been on next to another notch bracelet Other than those disappointing things really like the bracelet and looks how I wanted”

“The personalised notch was brilliant and just what I wanted. The bracelets and other notches ordered all arrived promptly and were exactly as expected and described. The personalised hinges were exactly as asked for. A lovely experience from start to finish and would recommend - and know the person I am giving one of the bracelets to will be delighted with it.”

“I ordered a cord bracelet with 1 notch charm for my son who completed his first metric marathon although I was unsure he'd wear it. It arrived 3 days later. It looks and feels very good quality. He was very happy with it when I gave it to him and will probably order more charms in future.”
