“I came across NOTCH on Social Media and as I have several illnesses I found it amazing that everything (including ICE) could fit on one stylish bracelet that is easy to fasten especially with the magnetic fastening”

We’ve checked your order and there wasn’t a note requesting minimal packaging this time, which is why it was sent in our standard packaging including the velvet bag. We completely understand that you don’t need any more, so on future orders, just add a note at the checkout to say 'minimal packaging' and our design team will sort that for you 💚 The good news is that our velvet pouches are recyclable as part of our initiative to minimise waste, reduce carbon footprints, and be kinder to the environment. “I purchased a notch bracelet and some charms for my husband. I had a bit of an issue with the size of the bracelet-totally my fault-amd they were very quick to respond to me, sorting out my issue straight away. The quality of the charms and bracelet is brilliant, and the customer service is second to none!”
