Hi there, we are sorry to hear that your delivery took longer to arrive than you were expecting. All orders using our free standard shipping option are shipped using 1st Class post. Due to Royal Mail industrial action, some deliveries are taking longer to arrive than usual.

“My son has a fatal allergy to nuts and as a mother I needed to have him wear some sort of alert notice. This fills the bill completely as it blends in with his style It also shows any paramedic what his allergy is So I feel a little more at ease”
