“I received a Notch bracelet for my birthday last year from my sister. I absolutely love it. She has since added on Notches for Christmas. I recently bought one as a group gift for a running friend. She has four personalised notches on it. The pink is fabulous, but what struck me most was the swiftness of delivery despite living in Belgium and the personal contact when I had a query.”

“I was disappointed when I received my order. I ordered a new bracelet and 5 other notches. All of the notches arrived in 1 gift bag. How am I supposed to wrap these as presents when they are loose, they werent even in a small plastic bag each. I was not expecting a tin for each notch but a small gift bag would have been nice.”
