“All around great service! Will definitely be adding to my new Notch! Delivery was fairly speedy, despite Royal Mail strikes - not Notch’s fault! Website isn’t the easiest to navigate/find what you want. But would definitely recommend”

“Received my notch bracelet the other day I bought the bracelet and three notches. I'm really pleased with this bracelet, I've wanted a charm bracelet for a long time but find them too feminine or waaay too expensive and honestly a little bland in design. I really like that you can fully customize the notches with colour, icons and engravings, so you can be as bright and bold as you want to be, I will be buying more in the future and am very happy to finally have a way to display my personal achievements”

Hi Katherine, We are sorry that you received an invitation to review before your items had arrived. We send invitations to review automatically 7 days after orders are sent out. Your order placed 22nd November was shipped via 1st Class post on 24th November, it looks like it is taking a little longer to arrive with you due to the Royal Mail industrial action which is outside of our control.
