“The product is very good. I was however not happy with the delivery time. When I checked out it said I would be getting 1st class royal mail delivery, which is 1-2days. However when I got the email receipt it said the parcel would be with me in 10 days. This meant that I ended up not getting the product in time for the special occasion for which it was bought. Very poor and this needs to be made clearer when ordering.”

“We love notches and I’ve brought my partner quite a few….he’s nearly filled his bracelet. I don’t think we will continue buying though just because of the price. We appreciate the offers you do but it quite expensive for a personalised one at other times”
