“My wife was blown away by this gift for her birthday. She has multiple sclerosis, and this spring we purchased a GRIT wheelchair so that she could hike in the Western North Carolina mountains. I got her six notches representing very significant hikes we took this summer. I ordered early because we live in the U.S. So I was delighted when everything arrived as planned. Really an amazing product, and everyone she shows it to is so impressed about the personalization that you can do with it. Quality is amazing!”

“I was looking for a charm bracelet to celebrate key events in my life but most were too sparkly or too expensive. I then came across NOTCH - colourful, practical, personalisational, and affordable. I love it and wear it every day. One of the NOTCH is personalised with my mobile number so if I ever did lose my bracelet it would hopefully find it's way back to me :-) Delivery is always speedy and customer service is always responsive and friendly.”

“Love the items I ordered. But sadly I ordered two of the hiking charms and when I checked out only one showed up which I missed. So instead of receiving two I just received one. Shipping to Canada for one charm is a tad high.”

“I have to say I was quite excited about collecting notches, that is until you recently added 40% to your retail price per notch. I already felt that £9.99 was quite high, but just about within budget, but at £14 per notch I'm afraid I'll be throwing the bracelet and notch in a draw to gather dust, unless you decide to review this price hike.”

“Not sure I can without crying. I wanted my grandparents and uncles remembrance dates with me always and the notches added to my epaulette numbers from work. So they're very sentimental and I know my grandparents and uncle were immensely proud of me, so their names are now alongside my work.. Thank you.”
