“Ordered two notch's for friends for Christmas. One was personalized but arrived with the incorrect icon. E-mail sent at around 7pm on a Friday, received a reply within 15 minutes, apologizing and confirmation that replacement Notch would be shipped. Arrived the following week. Great work Notch :-)”

“I ordered vouchers as the gift is for my sister in law, and whilst there's lots of beads etc to choose from, I wouldn't have a clue what she would like without having to ask her. Very easy to order, and received immediately via e-mail”

“Exactly what I had asked for and not long to wait! Also a lovely surprise to receive a freebie notch wishing us congratulations on our upcoming wedding so a big thank you for that 😊 My only slight criticism was the packaging had Notch all over it so couldn’t hide it from my partner quick enough when it arrived and it was suppose to be a surprise gift 😂 I will still continue to buy from notch we love them!”
