“Excellent customer service however, I ordered a medical bracelet and within 3 days the writing off the brass notch had almost completely disappeared. Simply not suitable for a medical notch. The team did contact me immediately to say they'd send out a replacement black one instead, but simply said that brass will wear and needs cleaning. I don't think it's acceptable after 3 days for a very important medical note to not be visible - I'd be taken to hospital via ambulance and was indicating to the paramedics my bracelet and they couldn't read it! Thankfully I also carry a medical card in my wallet.”
