“Stumbled upon this brand after an extensive search through Google and , I was not disappointed. Great ethical company, using recycled oceanic found plastics for their bracelets, tails and loops . They have an amazing range of charms available also . Definitely a , top notch company in my book and one I look forward to buying from again .”

“Firstly, the products are great. My son and I both have bracelets and collect notches throughout the year. We buy each other a notch as we both travel and perform. It's a fab gift and is such a cool talking point. At the end of the year we have a visual record of what's happened. I've recommended to several people who have all started buying them. But where this company excels is their customer service. I had an email once asking if I wanted a small bracelet as I usually ordered large, and yes, I'd ordered the wrong size. My son lost his bracelet (it was booze related rather than a failure of the product!). I emailed Notch to ask if they had a list of the last 18 notches I'd ordered so I could replace some and they were fab. Offered me a discount to reorder everything and were very understanding. So, great product, very very kind and understanding staff. Our family will continue to use for a long time to come. Sarah & James Thomson”

“I have only ordered once from this company… but I must say it all went very well. The delivery was very quick and it’s a busy time of year I would imagine, close to Christmas.
