“I think this is a lovely idea and much more modern and wearable for an outdoorsy person. Delivery was very quick and customer service very helpful. Just wish the notches were a little cheaper as I would buy more.”

“Everything was great from ordering to quick delivery. Only downside was the package came covered in your logo and name and was collected from the postman by the person who is going to receive it for Christmas”

“Wonderful quick service quality product. The only issue is that the medical inscription #medical issue is not available instead you can choose long wordy cheesy description. I paid extra for a quick medical alert so the ambulance is aware of conditions ASAP.”

“I love the opportunity to have charms for all my Conqueror Challenges! I will definitely be adding more. I was a bit confused about the black "spacers" that come with them. A little instructions would have been helpful. I had a lot of trouble getting them on the bra, but finally loosened them on a pen and then they slipped on a bit easier. 😄”

“Wide choice of bracelets and notches (charms). Bought my wife one as it had all her medical conditions available, and she loves it. Whilst they are good quality, and well made, I also feel they are slightly on the high side when it comes to cost.”

“I have over the last few years bought many notches and bracelets for myself and as gifts for friends.Unfortunately I have lost one bracelet and all its notches when the faster came open ,lost its magnetism.Recently the same thing happened once again but I was lucky and found it in my car ( same problem with the fastner). Such a shame as I had received many compliments .”

“Fabulous idea and I love my new notch bracelet, arrived very quickly and was well presented. The only slight criticism I would have is that the colours are much duller than the pictures and the white writing on the pink charm is almost lost. However that said I will be buying more notch’s. Thank you”

“There are loads of great options, and delivery is quick. The website could be better- letting you preview how your personalised notch will look, or even being able to see a standard notch rotate, or in 3d would be great. Also, being able to edit notch options once you’ve added them to your basket. It would be great if you did an option for a bracelet and two text notches as a bundle. And also, if you did offers for purchasing multiple notches at a time.”
