“I really love the bracelet and the idea behind it. Really great quality and incredibly fast delivery! Thank you! Deleted one star because I ordered the medical id bracelet expecting the red clasp to really bright red, and the medical id text to be noticeable. Infact the clasp is a dull red, not the usual bright colour associated with a medical id, and the text on the clasp is really small. I think this could be improved. I wished I had ordered a regular bracelet and chosen a different colour as I see no advantage the medical alert clasp.”

“Charms themselves and delivery all spot on. However I ordered 3 Notch charms and asked for them to be delivered in separate velvet pouches as they are for 3 separate gifts and they all came together in one pouch. I now need to find a little box or bag to gift them in.”

“Was told it would come in plain envelope but did not, spoilt the surprise. Did get sorted out by customer service though. The notches are a little smaller than expected but good quality.”

“I was very pleased with my Notch. It is a memory I can keep forever. If I had to make a criticism I would only say that maybe the packaging didn't need to be so large, and maybe a little cheaper. I would buy quite a few more notches but at £17 each I have to wait and really save up or wait for Christmas and birthdays. Most importantly thought I love it. Thank you x”
