“I love the concept, the products, the choice of everything, the quality, the delivery time. My disgruntle is with your minimum postage charge of £2.00. I have my bracelet and now I am buying notches for a memory. The notch is tiny and does not warrant sending in a large letter envelope.”

“Something I've always wanted and pleased to finally have. no issues with the ordering or delivery. would've been good to have gotten instructions on how to fit my Notch charms to the Tale that I had ordered though, instead of having to find a YouTube video ... Looking forward to adding to my collection”

“The whole concept is great and the products are excellent. I have a “tail” which is around 18months old and shows little sign of wear along with the notches, even though it is on my car key. The company do need to stop spamming though. As an existing customer I don’t need to be receiving constant advertising (almost daily). The unsubscribe option doesn’t always work and gets overwritten every time a new notch is ordered!”

“I really like the Notch bracelets and the idea of them, but it does still annoy me that every ring/notch is sent in both a velvet pouch AND a little plastic bag. One or the other - or neither - would be just fine and anyone buying as a gift could chose, but please get rid of the pointless plastics. It's the only thing that annoys me about a great product.”

“I loved the first part of my order but was slightly disappointed with the writing on the silver ring not being very clear and wished they were all the same colours as looks a bit odd with 2 in white font and one dark grey - does not stand out ?”

“I love Notch! I got my first bracelet to put my running and Parkrun milestones on and think its such a great idea! I love that they can also be personalised and that colours can be chosen to your preference and im enjoying adding to my collection! I would like to be able to have a bracelet which I could wear all the time, as currently, as a rope type material, I woudnt want to wear in the shower or during sweaty exercise”

“Customer service was fabulous.Victoria was extremely helpful. Arrived promptly,hopefully a happy recipient when his birthday comes along. The only slight negative is the clasp and the notch don’t match in colour but I don’t think that will spoil the gift.”

“Very easy to order and very quick delivery. Very happy with the Notch's I have received. It's a shame about the bracelet as I measured my wrist and ordered the size it said on the chart, but it's still a bit large and loose. I can cope, but it can be annoying. Other than that I really like to wear it and look at my achievements when I'm feeling down.”
