“Well, once I'd managed with my daughter's help to do what I wanted I can't fault Notch. I mean I couldn't work out how to open the brooch but that's fine as the person it was for was more than happy. Fast service too.”

“I bought a blue Notch from them 2yrs ago. A year later the colour had gone weird, unlike the ones I have in other colours. I emailed Notch with pics, they replaced it with a duplicate. Now that Notch looks the same as other one did. No problem with my other coloured Notches which are older. I emailed Notch a week or so ago with pics, asking if they could send me out another replacement, but this time in red so the same thing doesn't happen again. No response.”

“Loved the unique look of the Notch products. An amazing collection to choose from with so many colours. I bought bracelets and notches as gifts for my son and daughter, both delighted with them. The products were delivered quickly and well presented in the free gift tin. The only problem I had was trying to choose!”

“Bought two notches for my mum for mother's day. They arrived very quicky. I personalised them, and was slightly concerned how they would look as there was no preview, but they were exactly how I imagined they would be (and mum loved them!)”

“Bracelets and notches are both really good quality. Lots of colours to choose from and co-ordinate with, spacers are also included. Bracelet arrives in a nice pouch. Delivery was fast, really good service. Can recommend if you are looking for something different to buy either yourself or as a gift”
