“I have tried numerous medical alert braceletts over the years but none have lasted or have looked totally different from the advertisement to the delivered product. NOTCH is certainly not in the same category. The NOTCH is stylish and clearly shows the alerts and the information needed by the emergency services in times of medical need. ! was a police officer for 30 years and having immediate access to this information is an essential part of inital treatment of casualties. Good Value and hopefully long lasting.”

Hi there, The little rings are spacers - they hold your NOTCH securely in place on the bracelet, loop or tale - add one either side of the NOTCH. We hope this helps!
