I had to rung to amend a detail on my order and the lady who took my call was so pleasant and extreamly helpful, I ordered a tail and a charm for a friend and didn’t realise I could receive it in a special tim . “Got the bracelet and a couple of notches for my birthday... the two felt lonely so i added a couple more. I'm a diver (SCUBA), and the selection is fantastic with wreck and duve sites bith UK and overseas. Go get one, the fastening is solid, the quality excellent and fantastically quick service. Big thumbs up.”

“I love to buy a notch charm as a reward after I have achieved a milestone, or completed a local 10K run. It adds a bit of colour to my existing bracelet and is a great way of remembering the race I have done, where it was and the year I ran it. I like that you can choose from so many colours to personalise your own bracelet. Great idea and very reasonable and the bracelets are easy to put on, no tricky catches!”

“On the whole, happy with all items received from Notch. I have ordered quite a few bracelets and notches over the past year to celebrate my running achievements. Customer service is always good and they answer questions and try to solve any issues. I have only ever had one issue ordering a gold charm with a black trophy icon as per photo on the website. Unfortunately the trophy was a pale grey so it did not really stand out on the charm. I was offered a different colour charm and it was explained this was the only colour the machine could produce the pale grey. This did not really help as I wanted a black trophy on my charm so it stood out. The pictures at times do not reflect what you actually receive, so this charm will not be worn. Apart from this, I can say I have always been happy with products purchased and the service received.”

“I heard about Notch through Crohn's & Colitis UK. It's a much nicer quality bracelet than I was expecting and I'm using mine as a medical ID. It's secure, the notches don't snag my colthes and isn't irritating my skin. I plan to add my ICE contact details to it. WIll be getting hubby a leather bracelet for our wedding anniversary and a a loop for a muched loved colleague's retirement gift. Ordering was easy, delivery was sooner than expected and I was kept up to date on the progress of my order via email.”

“Customer service was fabulous.Victoria was extremely helpful. Arrived promptly,hopefully a happy recipient when his birthday comes along. The only slight negative is the clasp and the notch don’t match in colour but I don’t think that will spoil the gift.”
